Assignment 4 – The Whole-System Approach 

Students prepare a 3-4 page paper that includes the following:

1. Create an  outline of the whole systems approach for a consulting problem within an  organization that deals with employee safety, the introduction of new  email procedures, orthe opening of a new retail outlet.
2. Compare the outline to that of a third-party approach.
3. Explain the importance of trusting the process.
4. Consider how positive deviance can be used in this consulting problem.
