Objective: Most scientists attend professional conferences where they get an opportunity to exchange ideas and learn about current research in their field. One way to exchange ideas is to present a research presentation. Here, scientists will present their own research in hopes of stimulating discussion on how to improve their research. The purpose of this assignment is to create a presentation based off your research proposal.
This presentation must be a 4-6 minute Powerpoint presentation. This assignment is worth 100 points.
Requirements:
- Organization: Present your research in an organized and logical manner (see Introduction, Body, Conclusion, and Overall Organization in the rubric).
- Content: Present your research beginning with the literature review that you conducted. Follow with your proposal and logic behind your proposal (see Content Area in the rubric).
- Delivery: Present your research with confidence, credibility, and logic verbally and non-verbally.
